Located at the REACH Center at 212 11th St. South in La Crosse the Tenant Landlord Resource office offers a flexible schedule, excellent hands-on experience working with clients, and a variety of tasks available from person to person and clerical work.

Work options include:
* Assist clients in drafting letters to appeal a denial, make a statement of change related to their background or rental history and/or to communicate a matter with their landlord.
* Make referrals to Legal Action if Wisconsin for clients when appropriate.
* Assist with Rent Ready, Total Navigation Team and other client facing opportunities.
* Assist clients with a basic understanding of their lease and provide resources to address their specific issue(s)
* Provide staff support in the office during open hours.
* Maintain and expand a landlord data base.
*Complete initial applications with folks searching for housing
*Create a follow up system to assess the success of our assistance
*Create handouts to explain the different types of housing
