Thank you for your interest in serving with us on Saturday, January 25th!
This group of about 10 people will be joining Habitat for Humanity at a local house build-site. We'll confirm specific tasks as we get closer, but we may help with anything from window or floor installation to demolition or new-construction tasks. The specifics will be determined based on the progress of the build and greatest needs. Please dress warm and plan to get extremely dirty/dusty! We will have some gloves and eye protection available.
Transportation will be provided.
One of our Service Saturday team members will reach out by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 22nd with more site-specific details.
Timeline:
8a-8:30a = Registration, Nursing Center Lobby
8:30am = Welcome/Kick-Off, Nursing Center 196
9a-12pm = Service at various projects/locations
12pm-1p = Lunch* and reflection, Nursing Center 195
*Those serving with the Sisters will remain on-site to eat lunch at the St. Rose Convent. All other service projects will return to Nursing Center 195 for lunch and reflection*
*Registration closes at the end of the day on Tuesday, January 21st* All participants with a Viterbo email should register individually to reserve their space. Please only register as a team if you are looking to reserve a space for a guest without a Viterbo profile.
