We are a local non-profit United Way Partner Agency. Our mission is to help individuals and families achieve and maintain financial stability.  CCCS is a non-profit 501(c) 3 that is licensed in both the state of Wisconsin and Minnesota, and we have many services that we offer.  All the way from free financial analysis, student loan counseling, credit analysis, debt management plans, to representative payee services.
