Who We Are
Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers is an independent, non-profit healthcare provider, caring for Western Wisconsin. We provide medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, chiropractic and acupuncture services for patients in the region. Scenic Bluffs offers services in Cashton, Norwalk, and La Crosse, and offers dental and behavioral health services in area school districts.

Convenient, High Quality, Affordable Care
Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers provide affordable, high-quality healthcare to patients. If you do not have health insurance, are unemployed, or have an income level that makes it difficult for you to pay for health care, we offer a sliding fee scale called the Healthy Neighbor Plan. Depending on your family's size and income, your charges for health care could be reduced. This is a completely confidential service provided to you by Scenic Bluffs Community Health Centers.
