Club Connectivity is designed specifically to meet the needs and interests of people who are living with Early Onset Dementia/Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI). The Club will provide a warm, welcoming atmosphere and offer fun, meaningful ways to stay socially connected and active in the community. Care partner and/or family member will be invited to participate too.
Volunteers will attend the event and assist participants when needed. Volunteers will follow directions from staff when necessary. Volunteers will enjoy lunch with the participants. Admission/fees are free of charge to the volunteer.
