Hamilton Elementary: Join a crew of 15 volunteers as we support our amazing educators behind the scenes! We’ll be tackling fun, hands-on projects like cutting, laminating, sprucing up classrooms, organizing learning and play areas, and more. It’s a great way to give back, build community, and make a big difference at Hamilton & SOTA II.

Join a group of about 10 volunteers to go to Catholic Charities Warming Center downtown La Crosse.  While all the guests will be gone, we will be able to help in a variety of ways! We will focus on deep cleaning the facility; including common spaces, sleeping areas, bathrooms, and office spaces.  We'll also be able to help organize and inventory a large number of donations Catholic Charities receives. 

Please wear Viterbo gear if you are able.   

Since 2018, under the leadership of Kristen Nyholm, volunteers have knitted and stitched 5" x 5" squares into blankets made with care by members of the Viterbo community. These blankets are now donated to Mayo Hospital for patients and children through the Child Life Program.

No sewing or knitting experience is needed. Kristen and returning participants will guide newcomers.

Led by the Viterbo Sustainability Club, join as we further progress on the Plastic Bag Upcycle Project.  

Karen and Viterbo students will guide participants as we work to:

1) Cut plastic bags into strips

2) Crochet & weave strips together into mats

Wear Viterbo clothes if you are able.
