Who We Are
Special Olympics Wisconsin (SOWI) provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage and experience joy while participating in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship with their families, Special Olympics athletes and the community.
How Volunteers Help
Support Special Olympics Wisconsin athletes as they compete in Softball and Bocce at Onalaska Middle School Saturday, August 9th! We need your help to insure a safe and competitive event. Volunteer positions for this event include:
Bocce Court Volunteers: Volunteers will keep score for the bocce games and assist with the play of the game.
Softball Scorebook Volunteers: Will keep the official scorebook for the game.
