Kidz Biz Fair

The FIERCE Foundation equips women and youth with resourceful resilience and creates pathways toward confidence, entrepreneurship, and long-term self-sufficiency.

Through programs such as Together We Rise and Kidz Biz Fair, we provide practical education, mentorship, community support, and real-world opportunities that help people move from ideas into action.

Kidz Biz Fair is our signature youth entrepreneurship program. It gives young entrepreneurs ages 6–17 the opportunity to create and operate real businesses, build financial literacy, strengthen communication skills, and experience the confidence that comes from bringing an idea to life.

Volunteers help create a welcoming, organized, and encouraging experience for young entrepreneurs and their families.

Volunteer opportunities may include:

• Assisting with event setup and cleanup
• Welcoming families and helping with check-in
• Directing youth vendors and guests
• Supporting event logistics and booth areas
• Serving as a business judge
• Helping with awards and activities
• Taking photographs or supporting event communications
• Encouraging youth CEOs as they present and sell their products or services

Volunteers do not run the businesses for the youth. Their role is to support, encourage, and help create a positive environment where young entrepreneurs can lead, learn, and grow.
